I am sitting here tonight realizing that those lazy days of summer have already come to an end. Wow! Where did the summer go? We just got out of school! My #1 son turned 9-check, we did our summer homework-check, we swam-check, spent our Sundays at Schlitterbahn-check.........
Yea, we have enjoyed our lazy summer days, but they sure came to an end much sooner than we realized! And HEY! I made it!! The kids will be back in school on Monday and I was able to keep my sanity during the long hot summer once again. We always tease, as Stay At Home Mom's, about how we are going to make it through the summer days with kids yelling, screaming, crying, fighting, and constantly calling for you but we always manage to make it, even if it means making it just one day at time! And you will believe me that when Monday morning rolls around and we get ready for school, this mom will be crying as I leave my baby (#3) in Kindergarten! He is the last one to roll through that exciting year of school that is so full of fun and learning. He is so excited, he is just about to bust! #1 Son, and #2 Daughter and just as excited as they venture onward and upwards through school as well. Oldest is heading into 3rd grade and my daughter into 1st. It will be a busy and fun morning. Daddy even took the morning off so he could see them all off to school as well.
